Biography

Hello, my name is Aryn Skilling. I am the art teacher at Star Center Elementary School and Maple Park. I received my bachelor’s degree in Art Education from The University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and my master’s degree in Teaching and Leadership from St. Xavier University in Chicago, IL. As an art educator, I love to engage my students with rich art lessons that allow them to express themselves and make meaningful connections with the world around them through art media and the art process. Most of all I love spending time with my students getting to know each one and finding out what brings them joy!
