Biography

Hello!

I am Mrs. Diaz. I am your child's art teacher at Quincy!

Thank you for joining Artsonia! It's an easy way to bring technology into the art room. Students can learn to document their work just like an artist would.

I'll share a little about me. I graduated from SWOSU in Weatherford, Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and then with a Master of Education. I began working at Quincy Elementary Signature Art School in 2019. 2019 was not only my first year at Quincy but also a new start for me here in Kansas. I've enjoyed my time abroad and my position at a private international school as a full-time kindergarten teacher, theme-based learning coordinator, and after school art teacher but feel blessed being here as your child's art teacher.

I hope my students enjoy their time in the art room as a creator and growing student while attending both visual arts education classes and art integration courses here at Quincy. I hope we learn and experiment together!
