Biography

This is my 17th year of teaching, and my 14th year at IRE. I am so happy to be at IRE - we have fabulous, creative thinkers in school, and an amazing and supportive community around us. I love teaching elementary art because we get to explore so many different ways to create and make art! I believe that EVERYONE is creative - there are just some people who haven't found the way that works best for them.
When I’m not at school, I love playing and exploring with my 10 year-old daughter. My favorite ways to make art are sewing ideas, clay ideas, and collage.
