Biography

Let me introduce myself...
My name is Drew Noffsinger and I currently teach 1-6 Art at Ogden Ave. School in LaGrange Il. Besides being a caring teacher, I am truly an artist. Creating new artworks in many different mediums is something I enjoy. I have been a boat builder and designer, as well as a glass blower, in the past. In addition, I am a published illustrator for children's books and work part-time as a freelance illustrator and muralist when the opportunity arises.

In regards to school, I love teaching. Watching students' eyes light up when they see they can succeed and create art is priceless. I believe that there is an artist in all of us, and I try to expose children to unique and meaningful art experiences. I always look forward to a great year with the students!
