Biography

Hello! I am Mrs. Blair, the art teacher at Dr. Brown Elementary. I have a Bachelor's degree in Art Education from Edinboro University of PA and Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from American College of Education. I am married with a little boy named Wyatt and two cats named Sun and Linus. We have been living in Charles County since 2016.
