Dear Parents and Fans,
Welcome to Artsonia! Artsonia allows students to create a digital portfolio of their work using their iPads. Students can instantly share their artwork with parents and extended family. All students are given a code name so identities remain anonymous online. The site also sells merchandise with children’s artwork on it however, this is not the reason why I have chosen to use Artsonia. I like that students can instantly share their completed artwork with parents on the day they complete it. Parents and family can write messages to the artist and view all their completed work. If you do purchase an item, the money generated goes to buying art room supplies and equipment that your student will use in future art classes. Artsonia is also an easy way for me to keep track of student progress in art class and to motivate students to do their best work.
