I love working with children and art! It is so interesting and often surprising to see the student's expressions and thoughts in visual form! Art offers students opportunities for risks without failure, it awakens a passion for learning, it develops habits of discipline and educates the imagination.
I believe in encouraging students to discover and create with the visual language of art. This strengthens student problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and gives the student an appreciation for art in the world past and present.
