Celebrity Portrait

Artists will create a "Celebrity Portrait" using a 6x9" piece of watercolor paper, oil pastels, and a print-out of a celebrity of their choice. Theme: Celebrity and Portraiture Parameters: The watercolor paper must be painted with watercolor. The oil pastel color should contrast with the paper. Techniques: Oil pastel transfer method, oil pastel resist, abstract watercolor painting. Media: Watercolor paper, watercolor, oil pastels.
