5th Grade Tag Art

5th grade practiced their drawing skills and worked on refining what they know about the elements and principles of art and design, while learning about ways that artists can contribute to their community. They designed artwork for vanity license plates for a special program through the Pinellas County Tax Collector's Office. They learned about careers in the art field, including jobs in which designers can create everyday objects that we use in real life. Their artwork will also be featured on the Pinellas County Kids Tag Art website. Profits from sales come directly to our school for art supplies!
