Neoclassical Columns

Students repurposed frame mats to create Neoclassical inspired columns. Students learned about Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian column during class. After sketching out some column ideas, student cut and glue pieces of the frame mats to black cardstock. Student were instructed to add at least 2 elements from either Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian columns. Creativity was also encouraged with students adding details from their own interests and lives.
