Edvard Munch The Scream in Nature

Students learned about Edvard Munch and his famous painting of The Scream in Nature. They first started with drawing their hands holding their face, which was the most difficult. Secondly, we drew faces, using mirrors to try to capture their characteristics. After that we drew the background bridge and added color using crayons and watercolor. So proud of the fifth graders.
