About this School Project (4th Grade Watercolor Ships)
In this 4th grade painting they worked on drawing with perspective to create an illusion of depth. The farther away the ship is the less detail it has. The Larger and lower the ship is the more detail it has. The students worked hard on painting using blending techniques in the sky. They learned about the element of art "value" to show the different shades in the color brown.
