About this School Project (2nd Exploding shapes)
Students learned the vocabulary words for one point perspective, horizon line and vanishing point. they drew shapes, and then used a ruler to create receding lines from the edges of the shapes to the vanishing point. Then, they could chose to create the 3-D shape and erase the receding lines, or keep them. They traced, colored and used texture plates to create the background.
