About this School Project (Grade 1- “Senufo”Animals)
Students learned about “Good Luck”patterned animal paintings created by the Senufo Tribe from Western Africa on the Ivory Coast. The students drew animal shapes and filled the inside with a variety of patterns and colors. They completed their artwork by cutting out the shapes and gluing their animal onto a colored paper background.
