Artist Statement (what Lauryn1795 said about their artwork)
I had a hard time figuring out how to make it balance at first, I then switched to cardboard and it worked. It held itself up and was able to piece together. I switched from paper to cardboard, to solve this. I think it came out well, it resembles a gecko and it is colored and has the leaf to go with it. I think it was well done and executed.
About this School Project (Sculpture- Cardstock Animal Sculptures)
Students used cardstock and reference photos of real animals to conceptualize and build these small scale free-standing animals. The sculptures do not use any glue or tape.
