About this School Project (Kindergarten Pumpkins)
Students learned how pumpkins grow from a video. They also learned that yellow plus a drop of red paints makes orange. Students "grew" their small circular pumpumpkins into bigger ones. The following week, students mixed their own green paint using yellow and blue to paint a stem and vines. They also practiced drawing and cutting out geometric shapes for an expressive face.
