About this School Project (Line Design Pumpkins)
Students created their pumpkins using lots of LINE! We talked about all the different kinds of lines and how we can draw them to create a pattern. Students patterned their pumpkins in oil pastel and painted orange watercolor on top. We also looked at Vincent Van Gogh's painting, "Starry Night", for inspiration for our night skies! We drew lots of movement lines to show wind and shining stars - some even have a flying witch!
