About this School Project (Self Portrait With Straw Hat (Kindergarten))
Kindergarten students learned about portraits and self-portraits. Art historical examples were shared of both types of artworks. These are inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's "Self Portrait with Straw Hat." Students wore straw hats and looked at themselves in mirrors while they executed these artworks in oil pastel.
