Artist Statement (what Mollie679 said about their artwork)
I made an abstract of pink and white planets because space is interesting. I used the colors blue, white and pink because they show uniqueness.You can see unity in my artwork because the pieces making the planets can be far apart but still come together.
About this School Project (Abstract Art - Alma Woodsey Thomas Style)
Students will create an example of abstract art using the style of Alma Woodsey Thomas. Students will choose a subject and use patches of color on a background color of their choice to portray the image. Students can use an imaginary subject or real life.
