About this School Project (Egyptian Blue Hippo)
There were many hippopotami living in and near the Nile River in Egypt since ancient times and now. Artists made ceramic figures of the hippos and painted lotus flower designs on them. Lotus flowers grow along the Nile.
Students drew their little hippo and designed it with traditional decorations, the created a beautiful Nile Landscape for their hippo to play in.
