About this School Project (Pictographs;Grade 1)
Students viewed very old Native American Pictographs, painted symbols and images on rocks, and Petroglyphs, carved symbols and images on rocks. First graders created their own versions of pictographs on torn edge brown paper, drew with glitter crayons their own symbols and images then painted with watercolors over the surface focusing on the warm color family.
