About this School Project (Jim Dine Hearts (Kindergarten))
The students viewed the artwork "Four Hearts" by Jim Dine in order to learn about colors and shapes that he used. The students then created their own colorful versions of this artwork using oil pastels--a new material for many students! They then painted the backgrounds using watercolor in order to create a resist painting.
