About this School Project (Owl Babies: Grade K)
Students focused on visual texture in their art lesson this week. They practiced a texture rubbing in the background before adding water color. Students were then encouraged to draw and cut out owl babies to add perched on their pine needle branches. Spacing and using the whole space of your paper (vertical or horizontal) was encouraged as they put their artwork together.
