About this School Project (2nd Grade Project-What the Tiny Hummingbird Robot Saw)
Students view the video of a TINY HUMMINGBIRD SPY ROBOT which is viewing the Monarch Butterflies in Mexico.
The students then use their See Saw APP to draw and upload what the ROBOT saw. We were specifically looking for the colors to match (Monarchs and Forest colors), the HABITAT of the Monarchs to be present (Tree or Trees), and the fact that there were thousands (well, more than one!) Butterflies in the video. The children are working on taking SCREEN SHOTS of their work in order to UPLOAD to Artsonia. WOW!!! What a challenge! Some were successful, so we just had to boast! OOPS! I mean POST!
