About this School Project (K5 - Cool Cats!)
As a start to our school year and to welcome the K students to the classroom, we read the book, "Pete the Cat: Rocking in my School Shoes" by Eric Litwin. Pete the Cat inspired these colorful cat portraits. Students drew cats step by step and then chose their own colors for the cats using crayons, added their favorite shapes and accessories, and painted with watercolors.
