About this School Project (1-2 Adorable Arlo!)
First, we read a book called "Arlo Needs Glasses," by Barney Saltzberg. Next, we talked about what Arlo the dog looks like and what the illustrator did to make him look soft, furry, and cuddly. Then, the students followed my directed drawing on the whiteboard to make their own Arlo dogs. Lastly, we cut out glasses that would fit Arlo. Students decorated the glasses however they wanted! Thes are indeed adorable Arlo dogs!
