About this School Project (Laurel Burch Cats)
We learned about the famous painter Laurel Burch and her beautiful cats she creates. We examined how her cats did not look real because she uses bright colors and patterns we would not normally find on cats. We drew our own cats and experimented with oil pastels by drawing designs, mixing colors, and rubbing them with our fingers!
