About this School Project (Spin Drum- 1st)
"Light of the World" Christmas Tree Display: each grade is making a non-traditional ornament with an item from around the world. Inspiration for this project came from present day artist, Keith Goodson and his painting of the nativity, "Light of the World." In his painting he portrays people past and future coming to seek the Savior, and bring to Him, their life and light.
K4- Japanese Fan/Asia; K5- Maracas/South America & Dreidel/Israel; 1st- Spin Drum/Africa; 2nd- Basket/Africa; 3rd- Boomerang/Australia; 4th- Coffee Cup/South America and US Sports/North America; 5th- Chinese Takeout Box & Chopsticks/Asia and Globe; 6th- Russian Doll & German Nutcracker/Europe.
