About this School Project (1st Grade Penguins on Ice)
These happy pieces of art were made by some creative first graders! We started by making a colorful background using tempera paints. We wanted to make them colorful so the black and white of the penguins would really stand out. We then used colored construction paper to make the penguins. We finished off our pictures by painting some snow. They turned out great!
