About this School Project (Notre Dame Cathedral)
Students studied the architecture of the Notre Dame Cathedral. We also looked at images of the different light shows that are projected onto the Cathedral at night and that was our inspiration. Students drew the Cathedral and then painted it different colors to represent different lighting effects that might be seen.
They created a night time background by splattering white paint onto a black background and then we put the two pieces together. These showcase beautiful architecture and also a touch of whimsy!
