About this School Project (2nd Grade- Self Portraits)
2nd Graders observed the self-portraits of various famous artists throughout art history - Monet, Van Gogh, Kahlo, Da Vinci, Warhol & Picasso as well as facial proportions before sketching their own faces. They finished their artwork by layering colored pencils and watercolor crayons thinking about light and dark values.
