About this School Project (King and Queen Self Portraits)
I can connect art to literature by explaining the difference between an author and illustrator. I can draw a self-portrait. I can tell Symmetry = Same or mirror image. Metallic colored Tempera Paint & Oil Pastels were the media we used.
Listened to the story "The Quiltmaker's Gift" written by Jeff Brumbeau and beautifully illustrated by Gail De Marcken.
