About this School Project (Matisse-style Paper Cut)
We looked at how Henri Matisse created rhythm in his paper-cut artworks by using repletion, and contrasting colors in overlapping shapes. The students made their own cu paper collages creating rhythm as they repeated similar shapes and colors as they filled the space of the page.
