About this School Project (2nd Grade Op Art Dots)
Peter Reynolds is one of my favorite author/illustrators because he writes books about creativity. His books include The Dot, Ish, Happy Dreamer, and Sky Color. After reading The Dot to the students in art class, we talked about Op Art (Optical Art). Second grade students used their Op Art skills to create these amazing dots. The inspiration from this artwork came from The Dot book and Op Art. Enjoy!
