About this School Project (Art Camp Week C: Sky Color Inspired by Peter Reynolds)
We began our Art Camp by reading "Sky Color" by author/illustrator Peter Reynolds. Sky Color challenges students to use a color that may be a less obvious choice. For example, painters do not need to rely on blue to paint a sky. Students used acrylic paint on canvas for their composition that depicted sky and water, both of which can be painted in a variety of hues.
