About this School Project (Chinese Dragon Banners)
1. Chinese New Year history.
2. Draw a Chinese Dragon and trace it in black.
3. Color the dragon with markers.
4. Write Happy New Year in Chinese.
5. Blend background lightly with chalk pastels.
6. Roll and glue on both ends red paper.
