About this School Project (Kdg: Pop Art with Andy Warhol)
1st Grade students learned about the Pop Artist, Andy Warhol. We looked at his work and saw that he experimented with color and used a technique called printmaking. We made our own Andy Warhol inspired projects by choosing our different color pallets to experiment and chose background colors and hand colors. After tracing our hand, we put the finishing touch on our pieces by printing our handprint.
