About this School Project (*Kindergarten Fingerpaint Trees)
This project showcases what the Kindergarten classes have learned about mixing paint and different ways that they can apply paint to paper.
We began this project by using blue and white paint to make a sky. We focused on painting in a side-to-side sweeping motion and experimenting with blending paint vs. leaving the streaks of color. We did the same with the grass but added brown and yellow to our grass to make it more fall-like.
After that we used brown paint to make the trunk and branches of a tree. Then we used yellow, white, orange and red paint to fingerpaint the leaves. It was messy but oh so fun!
