About this School Project (K5 - Shape Monsters)
Kindergarteners read Maurice Sendak’s Where the Wild Things Are in preparation for creating their very own monsters in our study unit about lines. They used various lines to create the paper for the line monsters and then learned symmetrical cutting techniques to create shapes for their monsters’ bodies.
