About this School Project (Kdg: Lines that Wiggle)
Together we read the story, Lines that Wiggle by Candace Whitman. In the story, a line turns itself into many different things: the waves above an octopus, the veins in a leaf, the wrappings around a mummy, the lines of a spider web. We talked about and found different types of lines around the room. Together we practiced drawing all different kinds of lines on our paper. After we were finished exploring lines, we painted overtop of them with watercolors, using the colors of the rainbow.
