About this School Project (Kindergarten Baby Bird Sculptures 2016 - 2017)
Our North Carolina spring brought many nesting birds to Pineville. Kindergarten students learned simple clay construction techniques to create these charming little sculptures. Can you spot a baby bluebird, gold finch, cardinal or hummingbird? Kindergarteners would like to remind everyone to spend a "green hour" outside each day!
