About this School Project (Fall Birch Trees)
These are the first of four watercolor paintings and poems that the first graders will do this year. I will hold on to all of these paintings until they are done, and we will send them home at the end of the year with poems to go with each.
With this assignment, we learned about distance in landscapes, as well as practiced our watercolor technique. Ask your students about our masking tape 'magic trick' to make our trees!
