About this School Project (3rd grade Rainbow Directional Lines Collage (Mrs. Jackson))
We were working on the learning objective "I can identify and use directional lines, horizontal, vertical & diagonal." We focused on horizontal & vertical with this lesson. We reviewed the primary & secondary colors before painting. I asked the class to paint a rainbow of vertical lines using the primary colors only. The second class we cut a variety of horizontal lines across our rainbow and glued our pieces onto black construction paper.
