About this School Project (Kinders: Turkeys)
The kindergarten artists learned how to create a turkey (without using their hand!). Step by step, they talked about and learned how to draw each part of the turkey. In the feathers the kindergarten artists were to use oil pastels and create a pattern for each feather-- ideally, creating a pattern across all feathers. The artists also learned about "horizon lines"-- a single line that creates both the sky and the grass at the same time.
The kinder artists completed these cute turkeys using liquid watercolors.
