About this School Project (Composition Still Life)
Using the rule of thirds (tic-tac-toe) method, students were to create an interesting composition using a found object in the art room. The drawing should appear three-dimensional through the use of value including highlights/midtones/shadows. The background should be completed as well; however, it should not take away from the focal point (emphasized area/one of the intersections of the tic-tac-toe board).
