About this School Project (Geometric Shaped Robots)
During this two day studio, students identified various geometric shapes in art, specifically dissecting a robot. We watched a short clip of Wall-E and recognized even more geometric shapes. During our studio, students created a robot by cutting and pasting different shapes. Later, they were asked to design their robot with shapes for facial features and buttons. We used multiple lines in the background as a refresher from our previous art lesson. To wrap up the studio, we danced to a robot song from “Just Dance.”
