About this School Project (ROY G. BIV Mosaics)
Kindergartners learned about the spectrum of visible light, and the color wheel! For our unit on the art element color, we listened to an awesome song about Roy G. Biv, whose name spells out the visible spectrum of light. It also spells out the order for a simplified color wheel. We used a collage technique of tearing and gluing to create our color wheel mosaics. We added our own version of the magical Roy G. Biv to complete our collage.
