About this School Project (Kandinsky Circles)
Students looked at Russian painter, Wassily Kandinsky's "Color Study with Squares with Concentric Rings." They folded white paper into quarters then opened it to draw concentric circles within the resulting 4 sections. Watercolor pencils were used to draw and color the circle rings then water was carefully brushed over each ring to turn the color to paint.
