About this School Project (Bow Tie Quilt Block)
Students learned about what a patchwork quilt is and how there are traditional pattern designs created by women in the past, early America. What a bow tie is was also discussed. Studnts chose their favorite printed scrapbook paper from those offered and glued these in opposite corners. A pre-cut black square was glued in the center for a knot.
