About this School Project (Jim Dine Valentine ("Imogene"))
Students learned about Jim Dine, Cincinnati, Ohio born pop artist, and looked at, discussed and compared several of his heart artworks, including "Imogene." Warm and cool colors were reviewed and the wet-on-wet water color technique of painting was demonstrated. Warm colors were painted in the heart and cool colors in the background.
